Hippocrates Children, LLC Return Policy

At Hippocrates Children, LLC we want you to be delighted with your card purchases. Please review our return policy carefully. If you wish to return your stationery, please follow the instructions below. We do not provide exchanges, and the $1 nonprofit donation will not be refunded. 

Return Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of your order delivery date.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use, wear, or damage.

Proof of Purchase: All returns require a valid receipt or order confirmation.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within seven (7) business days after the returned item is received and inspected. We do not provide exchanges, and the $1 nonprofit donation will not be refunded. 

Return Shipping: 

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product) or damage during transit, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at HippocratesChildren@gmail.com within seven (7) days of product receipt.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. For damaged or incorrect items, please include clear photographs.
  3. Our team will provide you with instructions, including a return authorization if applicable, and a return shipping address.
  4. Carefully package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit.
  5. Ship the item(s) back to us according to the instructions provided.
